This Constitution establishes the constitutional governance framework of the Engineering Intelligence Platform.

It defines the governance principles, responsibilities, authorities, governance relationships, governance boundaries, lifecycle, and governance decision framework under which all engineering activities shall operate.

Engineering Constitution Rev.1 is the sole normative authority governing engineering governance within the Engineering Intelligence Platform.
