This Constitution governs:

- Governance Authority
- Governance Responsibilities
- Governance Relationships
- Governance Boundaries
- Governance Lifecycle
- Governance Decision Gates
- Architecture Change Control
- Governance Authorization
This Constitution does not define engineering specifications, implementation details, verification procedures, release procedures, or engineering artefacts.
Such content shall evolve through controlled Engineering Baselines following authorization by this Constitution.
Constitutional Boundary¶
Engineering Constitution Rev.1 concludes with Governance Authorization.
Engineering realization begins with controlled Engineering Baselines.
All engineering evolution shall occur within the approved Governance System unless constitutional change is required through Architecture Change Control.
