Mission

The mission of Engineering Constitution Rev.1 is to define and stabilize the Governance System of the Engineering Intelligence Platform.

This Constitution establishes the constitutional governance foundation upon which all engineering realization shall proceed.

Objectives

Engineering Constitution Rev.1 shall:

  • Define governance principles.
  • Define governance responsibilities.
  • Define governance relationships.
  • Define governance boundaries.
  • Define governance lifecycle.
  • Define governance decision authority.
  • Establish constitutional governance.
  • Authorize Engineering Realization.
