Governance Responsibility Model¶
Responsibilities shall be explicitly assigned.
No governance responsibility shall remain undefined or implicitly assumed.
Architecture Board¶
The Architecture Board is responsible for:
- approving constitutional governance;
- maintaining constitutional governance;
- approving Architecture Change Control;
- ensuring governance consistency;
- providing governance stewardship.
Engineering Organization¶
The Engineering Organization is responsible for:
- engineering specifications;
- engineering implementation;
- engineering verification;
- engineering configuration;
- engineering release.
Engineering organizations shall not modify constitutional governance.
Configuration Authority¶
Configuration Authority is responsible for:
- maintaining configuration integrity;
- managing governance baselines;
- controlling engineering baselines;
- ensuring release traceability.
Engineering Baseline Owners¶
Engineering Baseline Owners are responsible for:
- specification quality;
- implementation quality;
- verification completeness;
- release readiness.
